POACHING & INDUCEMENTS POLICY

Under no circumstances will Kings Norton Junior Rugby Club condone the ‘poaching’ of players and coaches, or the offer of any ‘inducement’ to encourage players or coaches to join Kings Norton RFC, or to transfer from another club.

At Kings Norton Rugby Football Club in common with other clubs, there are enough reasons why players may seek to transfer their registration without any recourse to ‘poaching’ or ‘inducements’. Indeed, we actively discourage players from transferring allegiance to enable a strong, vibrant range of fixtures both now and into the future.

Young people come into Rugby Union and to Kings Norton RFC for a variety of reasons. It is the duty of the coach to recognise this and stimulate their continued participation.

Kings Norton Rugby Football Club coaches have a responsibility to ensure that all youngsters are given the opportunity to fulfil their aspirations in a caring environment where the emphasis is on:
